We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter who takes pride in their work and shares our commitment to quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. What You’ll Do
As a Finish Carpenter, you’ll work closely with our Project Managers and skilled carpentry team to bring exceptional homes and renovations to life. Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting construction plans and shop drawings

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and preparing materials

• Installing trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, cabinetry, stair components, and custom millwork

• Completing detailed finish work, including coping, scribing, joinery, and custom wood features

• Installing decorative wall and ceiling treatments such as shiplap and paneling

• Performing repairs and adjustments to doors, windows, flooring, and trim

• Operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment safely

• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Collaborating with project teams to meet quality standards and project schedules

• Supporting various construction and handyman-related tasks as needed

 
What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience

• Strong finish carpentry and woodworking skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to travel within the surrounding region (no overnight travel required)

 
Bonus Skills
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Finish painting and staining

• Spray finishing and shop lacquering

• Basic plumbing or electrical fixture installation

• Drywall patching and caulking

• General handyman and multi-trade skills
